all staff were bilingual and the rooms with the terrace were beautiful! Also, the maid service was impeccable! They're like cleaning fairies - so thoughtful and detailed!

Great affordable option which was located very near blue line which was helpful for getting to both the city centre and Stade de France. Check in was very quick which was great as we were in a huge rush at the time. No bedbugs aswell 🙏😃👍

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.

It is a place that kept on giving like having real chickens on the roof
a large outdoor area that the kids could run around in away from the parents and other guests We felt that we were the oldest there but the staff we A1 very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed the food but would have liked a bigger selection. We were lucky enough to have a shared balcony where we enjoyed a drink or a cup of tea at the end of the day. Secure car park

Very nice stuff, room is clean and comfortable. breakfast is also very good for this price.
For us (travelling with baby) it was a very good choice 👍🏼
Location is bit far away from the city centre. But there is Metro (1km) and bus (300m) away from hotel.
I loved staying here! I spent 3 nights in Spain for work and stayed another 3 nights in Paris at this hotel. It was great - super new, super clean, the rain showerhead and the bathtub were so nice, nice staff, good breakfast. The rooms are modern - I could not find an English TV channel to save my life - but the bed was huge and comfortable. The area is a tad seedy but I never felt unsafe. The metro that I used a lot was a few blocks away.
The hotel has a fantastic vibe to it. It's very hip & trendy and well accessible by car.
You don't need to drive into Paris to reach the hotel. On Sunday, we visited the markets in the neighborhood and were quite fond of it. If you want to visit the city center of Paris, it's a bit further away, and you need to walk or take the metro. But on the other had, you have a very nice room, parking, and a swimming pool for an excellent price!
Very cool concept hotel. It had very well decorated outdoor and indoor spaces. The on-site restaurant had wonderful food and drinks. Our room had a terrace that was really cozy and overlooked the courtyard. Just a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station, so very easy to get to the sights in Paris. Contrary to other reviews, I actually really liked the neighborhood. It’s residential and quiet but felt very safe, even at night.
The area is like the Brooklyn of Paris. Just a few stops away from the center by subway, but much less crowded. It is working class, multi-ethnic area in the early stages of gentrification. Very boho chic in a very good way.
The hotel itself is very comfortable. The rooms are big for Paris and the hotel has an awesome pool and great gym. Restaurant and bar are lively and the staff were all great.
The hotel is very nice, with special care taken about sustainability and eco approach. All the facilities are good. Unfortunately, we were there when the restaurant was closed for summer holiday, but breakfast was still OK. The location is excellent if you want to visit Paris city centre, with metro only minutes away. Overall, very good value for money and we will likely stay there again.
The apartment has all necessary facilities for long stay. Metro stations 13 and 14 are nearby, just 3 minutes walking distance from the property. The owner was very helpful and provided very detailed information for everything related to his apartment. The TV had subscriptions to video on demand and the internet was good. A very nice place for budget stay in Paris.
The property is well positioned with easy access to Paris, it is a quiet place. The apartment offers the necessary comfort for what is needed, it is prepared with everything you need, it is clean and bright. Even though we were away all the time during the day, we felt very comfortable there. I recommend!
My first time in Paris and found this little gem. Lovely place to stay that has everything you need. Great location next to the Metro line with many shops and supermarkets nearby to get all your supplies. Host was fantastic and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again👌
We had a perfect 3 nights stay with 2 adults and 2 kids.. location perfect to explore Paris and super friendly staff.. the rooms and shared bathroom were clean. Famouse Market 10 min away and Sunday morning market for small budget the next street. We would definitely go back again.
The hotel was value for money. Had all the necessary things we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We did not book the buffet, however, the staff was able to accommodate and make some fresh croissant and also did not charge for the kid.
The location was really good. You could easily reach different tourist spots in Paris. It was also quite clean, no sign of bedbugs or any other insects which is apparently a big deal in Paris. Price was also relatively affordable.
Blue collar neighbourhood, but seemed safe enough (as a man). Good stay if you want to feel a "normal" non-touristy paris vibe (as a reality check to the champs elysee...). Good food near the station, supermarket nearby etc.
the staff were really helpful and always willing to help, it's a bit far from the metro station but walkable distance, there are few good restaurants around the hotel and nice bakery
i would recommend it
The location was about 5km from the centre of Paris, and met our needs for basic, modestly-priced family accommodation not too far from the city centre.
